Placing an Order:
Prior to making a purchase, we recommend checking the dimensions of your entrance/door to ensure smooth delivery of the product. In case of any issues during delivery due to size constraints, we regret to inform you that return or cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Some items come pre-assembled and ready for use, so please refer to the item details. For products that require assembly, carpenter visits will be scheduled accordingly.
On Returns:
If you decide to return an item, please ensure that the product is packed securely in its original condition.
Damages:
At Peonyinterio, our delivery process is designed to guarantee a damage-free and convenient experience for you. If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly inform the delivery personnel immediately upon receipt and report the issue to our customer care team at singhalarpit1028@gmail.com. The damage or defect will be evaluated within 72 hours, and an appropriate solution will be provided. Should the product be deemed broken by Peony Interio, it may be returned, replaced, or any other necessary action will be taken to address the matter. Any missing parts required for assembly should be promptly reported to our Customer Support team for immediate arrangement of delivery.
Warranty
This particular item is accompanied by a warranty period of 36 months. This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing or workmanship that may arise during this time. However, it is important to note that the warranty only applies to furniture that is used under normal household conditions.There are certain situations in which this limited warranty does not apply. These include normal wear and tear that occurs over extended use, small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidents, damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer, and products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with the wrong methods or products. For example, upholstery furniture may lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight.
Other situations not covered by the warranty include cracks that develop due to product displacement, decaying of wood caused by consistent exposure to water, contraction and expansion of solid wood due to seasonal climate variations (which is a natural characteristic of wood), joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood, seasonal splits or joints opening in solid wood furniture (limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase), and upholstery fabrics such as seat covers, which do not have a warranty. The warranty only applies to the frame and mechanisms, if any, of upholstery products.
Additionally, non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals are not covered by the warranty, and industry standards accept a certain level of unevenness (up to 5 mm) due to differences in floor and surface levels, which is not covered.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery:
- Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
- Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
- In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
- Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
- Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Peonyinterio reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.
Installation:
- Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
- If the delivery Condition is:
- Pre-assembled– no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly– expert assistance is required, for which Peonyinterio will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Basic assembly/DIY– the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

1. Kindly vacuum your fabric furniture gently with a soft-bristled brush attachment at a low pressure.2. It is recommended to wipe the wooden surface using a clean microfiber cloth dampened with wood-friendly cleansers. Afterward, ensure to wipe away any moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
3. In the event of a spill, promptly blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a delicate manner. Avoid rubbing the spot vigorously.
4. Make sure to keep the furniture away from moisture and water exposure.
5. Protect the furniture from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its original quality.
6. Avoid contact with sharp objects such as blades, knives, and pet paws to prevent cuts and scratches.
7. Refrain from exposing the furniture to chemicals and alcohol as it may damage the natural finish and durability of the product.
8. It is advisable to have your furniture professionally cleaned every 5-6 months to maintain its longevity and durability, especially in areas that are hard to reach.
